I have always been involved in the creative, fashion and modelling Industry, firstly as an illustrator, visualiser and events organiser and then from creating, organising and hosting fashion shows, as well as modelling in others.

I first modelled for Selfridges in London, while working there as a studio visualiser and also qualified in health, fitness and lecturing to run my own health and fitness business and to teach the subject, appearing in press articles and on the radio and was later invited to create and manage the first GP Referral scheme in the UK and become the on the spot fitness consultant for Reading Radio Station.

On moving to Tenerife, I wrote about health and beauty for magazines and newspapers to promote my own health club there, modelled for press articles on yoga and pilates, then launched Visions PR, marketing and events, taking on clients in tourism, health, beauty and fashion.

In the UK, I represented health clubs and beauty salons and organised promotional sporting, beauty and fashion events.

In 2011 I became a Director of Miss Universe Wales, which produced two national GB winners, who went on to represent the UK at the world final of Miss Universe at Sao Paulo in Brazil and then Florida, USA. I helped train the entrees for the catwalk and created the pageant’s press publicity, and organised and hosted fund raising balls and fashions show's for our charities. I also staged fashion shoots and filming, on behalf of the sponsors and a shoot during the prize holiday abroad that won a double page spread in the UK press and in magazines on the Algarve.

I was later invited to turn my pageant course “Finishing School for Pageant Queens” into a reality TV show and was invited to create and be a co-host on a health, beauty and fashion TV series for Bay TV in Wales, which led onto the creation of my own TV series, “Looking Good, Feeling Fabulous” that focused on fashion, beauty and health. The pilot for which won me an honouree award at the Cardiff International Film Festival.

I now hope to utilise my experience in staging promotional fashion and beauty events, to create interesting fashion, beauty, health and wellness campaigns, as both a model/presenter, targeting the growing market-place of 50+ ladies who, by making sensible life-style choices, are holding back the years to live their best lives ever! While, after acquiring two gorgeous golden show cocker spaniels, Maxie and Mollie Mai, I would love to model with them to promote fashionable outward bound brands, equipment and dog friendly holidays and lifestyle.
